The more information you provide,

If you connect your devices, Wake syncs your workouts, sleep and recovery automatically, and Sammy can use them when you ask.
What the app gained this month.
Tap a swim to open it on its own screen. Step through it frame by frame, turn on the pose overlay or 3D mesh, add notes, and compare it with a second video if you want.
Google Gemini's read of your stroke: overall form, Kick, Pull and Breathing notes you can jump to in the video, strengths, areas to improve and recommended drills.
The tab where Wake's own swim model will show one takeaway per swim. It is still being connected, so it is empty today.
One tap adds a recommended drill to your next workouts, or creates workouts over the next 30 days if you have none.
When Wake finishes analyzing a video, a notice in the app tells you and opens that swim.
For swims recorded on a Garmin watch, Wake works out your pace per 100 meters from your laps, leaving out rest, never a whole-session average.
Garmin and Apple Health (including Apple Watch) connect today. Oura is coming: the connection is built but cannot be used yet.
